Job Description:-

Key Requirements

  • Should have past experience in handling all India Business Development and should have handled customers including Government, PSU, MNC, Corporate, Private, Service, OEM and export sectors.

  • Candidates having experience in selling similar products like High Voltage / Power Supplies/Thermal Solutions.

  • Should have a experience in Direct sales as well as Distributors.

  • Should have a fair knowledge of excise, sales tax and commercial.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

New Business Development

  • Achieve Quarterly target assigned

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

  • Cold call as appropriate within your assigned market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging network.

  • Research and build relationships with new clients.

  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

  • Plan approach and pitches. Make presentations to customers on AE solutions.

  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.

  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

  • Handle objections by clarifying queries and working through differences to a positive conclusion.

  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

  • Develop and direct competitive strategies to increase sales

  • Responsible for selling complete AE portfolio including PCM, Thin Film, AC/DC/RF power supplier. Hitech & Ultravolt product range.

  • The business development experience area required

  1. High-voltage custom and configurable module systems for analytical instruments, medical, industrial, and semiconductor equipment.

  2. Analytical Mass Spectrometer

  3. Scanning Electron Microscopes

  4. X Ray Sources and detectors

Client Retention

  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Business Development Planning

  • Attend, organize and participating industry functions such as association events and conferences and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

  • Present to and consult with md and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.

  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
