Position Summary:

The HR Data Analyst role within AEI’s HR Technology & Analytics team will produce ongoing regular reporting, generate business insight, and help draw conclusions and recommendations about AEI’s business using AEI’s HR data. This role will focus on HR data and analysis. The scope of work includes, ad hoc reporting, monthly and quarterly reports, HR data PPT presentations for executives, HR dashboard development,identification of data and reporting gaps, and opportunities.

The successful candidate will develop new analytical solutions, review reporting effectiveness, improve processes, and create efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and project manage the SuccessFactors module enhancements, projects, and recurring programs impacting HR technology as requested by the business.

  • Lead the SuccessFactors module problem identification, troubleshooting, and resolution. Liaise with the HR IT Support Team to deliver solutions to the business. This includes all SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management System, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruitment, Onboarding, Goals & Performance).

  • Liaise between the business and the HR IT Support team to ensure that projects and tasks are delivered on time.

  • Support the resolution of HR systems inquiries. Work with the business and HR IT Support Team to address business service requests impacting SuccessFactors.

  • Serve as the point of contact for SuccessFactors business processing questions, complex issues, concerns, system, or process changes.

  • Build strong working relationships with business leaders, HR team members, employees, and key stakeholders.

  • Review all 1H and 2H release notes, test new functionality, create test scripts, and communicate to impacted stakeholders.

  • Support the implementation of the Global SuccessFactors Employee Central project replacing SAP HCM (12-month implementation) by:

  • Leading the Talent Retrofit to ensure all SuccessFactors modules technical and functional set up aligns with Employee Central

  • Providing SFSF EC support on the project as needed.

  • Provide technical/process training and coaching to the larger HR Technology team to ensure cross training and continuity exists within the team.

  • Work with the business stakeholders to create and deliver SuccessFactors reports and dashboards as per business needs.

  • Create SuccessFactors process documentation, Service Level Agreements, and delivery support standards to be followed by the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent

  • Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on SAP and SuccessFactors experience. Working Knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.

  • Experience in implementing large scale HR Technology Projects (ideal candidate will also have experience in implementing SuccessFactors modules.)

  • Experience working in a global and multi-cultural organization

  • Experience working in a collaborative global team environment spanning across multiple Divisions

  • Experience with SuccessFactors HR analytics, data visualization, and reporting tools

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM, and all SuccessFactors modules (Learning Management System, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals & Performance)

  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and have a system thinking approach to problem solving and understanding how things affect one another in an overall system from a people, process, and technology perspective

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience collaborating on project teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences

  • Ability to work independently to formulate recommendations based on market data and best practices.

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask.

  • Strong research abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
