Job Responsibilities：
IQC related:
Formulate work instructions for IQC incoming material inspection, provide technical support for IQC technicians or inspectors, cooperate with personnel of relevant departments to solve material problems, Contact relevant departments for calibration and maintenance of IQC instruments, equipment and tools, and coordinate the work of newly purchased instruments, equipment and tools。
Approve the samples to be kept for the incoming materials。
Be responsible for contacting relevant departments for the calibration and maintenance of IQC instruments, equipment and tools。
Feedback & follow up the incoming material quality issue.
Coordinate OSP material return, material change, material replenish.
Join MRB meeting，inform OSP for related material disposition.
ECO& ECOD record & follow up, inform OSP for any ECO & ECOD, follow up the ECOimplementation.
On site confirm the material quality issue.
SI related.
OSP quality control & quality assure.
SI inspector Discipline supervision & work loading arrangement.
Quality Training on quality standards, inspection skills and communication skills of OSP relevant quality personnel.
Call weekly meeting with OSP SI, Receive information from the SI and convey the company's policies and information.
Review the quality report from SI.
Confirmation of quality problems reported by the inspector and follow up of improvement actions。
Follow up the OSP daily PPM performance.
Follow up the customer complainwith OSP take action, and the implementation of ECO / ECOD.
Escalate OSP major quality issue.
6S、LEAN、QCC
Qualification：
1、Works in warehouse environment。
2、Overtime work may be necessary
3、Accept travel requirements to the OSP。
4、Technical secondary school degree or above, 2 years of working experience。
5、Familiar with office software、excel word etc.
